Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Tampines, Singapore, is hiring an experienced accountant to handle a full set of accounts and day-to-day operations; working days Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities include managing AP/AR, GST filing, monthly closings, P&L and Balance Sheet reporting, year-end schedules for external audit, bank reconciliations, and liaising with auditors, banks and authorities. You will maintain proper records and support administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling a full set of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and process supplier invoices.
• Monitor collections, payments and outstanding accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Perform monthly closing and maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet.
• Handle GST preparation and submission.
• Handle statutory accounting and regulatory filings as required.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare year-end accounts and supporting schedules/documents for annual external audit.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and relevant authorities when required.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required.
