Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. invites applications for a full-time accounting role in a New Start Up with its Solo Accounts Department. The position is based at Tampines Business Hub, with Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and will cover full-set accounting, AP/AR, GST, and year-end audit support.

You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly closings, financial reporting, and regulatory filings while maintaining proper records and liaising with external auditors as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling a full set of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and process supplier invoices.
• Monitor collections, payments and outstanding accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Perform monthly closing and maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet.
• Handle GST preparation and submission.
• Handle statutory accounting and regulatory filings as required.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare year-end accounts and supporting schedules/documents for annual external audit.
