Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an EMS/PCBA Project Manager to drive revenue growth and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in EMS/PCBA/box build, understands cost structures, and is proficient in MS Office. You will oversee ECO/EOL and inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Sales-related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ experience in EMS/PCBA/Box Build.
• Process manufacturing/program management experience is required.
• Understanding of EMS cost structure and cost modelling.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships, driving revenue growth.
• RFQ costing and sales strategy development for submissions.
• Lead projects from RFQ to mass production.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments on project activities.
• Drive deliverables and action plans using reports, checklists, and other tools.
• Manage product ECO, EOL and inventory.
