Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced EMS/PCBA project manager to drive customer relationships, RFQ costing, and projects from RFQ to mass production.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related sales discipline.
At least 3 years’ experience in EMS/PCBA/Box Build activities.
Process manufacturing or program management experience required.
Understanding of EMS cost structure and cost modeling.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
Handle RFQ costing and sales strategies for submissions.
Lead projects from RFQ to mass production.
Coordinate with customers and internal departments on project activities.
Drive deliverables and action plans using reports and checklists.
Manage product ECO, EOL and inventory.
