Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a procurement professional to manage costing, supplier selection, and RFQ processes within an EMS/manufacturing environment.

You will analyze costs, optimize pricing, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales to support profitable quotes. Responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, negotiating terms, monitoring material costs, and maintaining supplier performance records to ensure reliable supply while

Qualifications

• Diploma in SCM, procurement, business admin, engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in costing, sourcing, procurement in EMS/manufacturing.
• Experience sourcing electronic components, PCB assemblies, mechanical parts, and manufacturing services.
• Knowledge of BOM costing and product cost analysis.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems (SAP).
• Good understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Request and compare quotations (RFQs) to identify best pricing and terms.
• Prepare cost analyses and product cost breakdowns to support pricing decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize procurement costs.
• Monitor material costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain supplier relationships and supplier performance records to ensure reliable supply.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory planning per production needs.
• Ensure compliance with company sourcing and purchasing policies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales teams to support business objectives.
