Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced EMS/PCBA project manager to drive customer relationships, RFQ costing, and projects from RFQ to mass production.

You will coordinate with customers and internal departments on project activities, drive deliverables and action plans using reports and checklists, and manage ECO/EOL and inventory to support profitable mass production. Applicants should have a Diploma in Electronics or related discipline and at least 3 years in

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related sales discipline.
• At least 3 years’ experience in EMS/PCBA/Box Build activities.
• Process manufacturing or program management experience required.
• Understanding of EMS cost structure and cost modeling.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job description

• Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8.50am to 5.30pm)
• Working Location: Nearest MRT - Tai Seng
• Salary: $3,500 - $4,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationship, driving revenue growth
• Manage customer RFQ - Costing and sales strategies for submission.
• Project management from RFQ to Mass production
• Liaise and organizing with customer and internal department on project activities.
• Drive Project deliverables and action plan through the use of the reports, checklist and others.
• Manage product ECO, EOL and inventory.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Sales related discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)/ PCBA/ Box Build Activities
• Process Manufacturing / Program management experience is required.
• Understanding of cost structure and cost modeling of EMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Words and Power Point
