Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Costing and Sourcing professional to support quotation preparation, cost optimization, supplier management, and profitability in an EMS/manufacturing setting.

You will source suppliers, evaluate quotations, and perform cost analyses to support pricing decisions, negotiate terms, and maintain supplier relationships for reliable supply. Strong Excel and SAP skills are required.

Qualifications

Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in costing, sourcing, procurement or purchasing in EMS/manufacturing.
Experience sourcing electronic components, PCB assemblies, mechanical parts and services.
Knowledge of BOM costing and product cost analysis.
Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection and vendor management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems (SAP).
Good understanding of electronics manufacturing and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors for quality and cost-effectiveness.
Request and compare quotations (RFQs) for best pricing and terms.
Prepare detailed cost analyses and product cost breakdowns.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Monitor material costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain supplier relationships and performance records.
Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory planning according to production.
Ensure compliance with sourcing and purchasing policies.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales to meet business objectives.
