Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a Procurement and Costing Specialist to support quotation preparation and profitability in an EMS/manufacturing environment.

You will source suppliers, evaluate quotes, analyze costs, and negotiate terms, while collaborating with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales to align procurement with production needs. A Diploma in SCM and 2–5 years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years in costing, sourcing, procurement or purchasing in an EMS/manufacturing environment.
• Experience sourcing electronic components, PCB assemblies, mechanical parts and manufacturing services.
• Proficient with BOM costing and product cost analysis.
• Familiar with RFQ/RFP, supplier selection and vendor management.
• Proficient in Excel and SAP/ERP systems.
• Understanding electronics manufacturing processes and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Request and compare quotations (RFQs) to identify best pricing and terms.
• Prepare detailed cost analyses and product cost breakdowns for pricing decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to reduce costs.
• Monitor material costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain supplier relationships and supplier performance records.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory planning per production needs.
• Ensure compliance with company sourcing and purchasing policies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales to meet business objectives.
