You will lead data analysis projects, develop analytics solutions, and work with stakeholders to drive data-informed decision making in healthcare.

The role focuses on end-to-end analytics, reporting, and governance, with opportunities to advance population health initiatives and improve care delivery in western Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field
• 2–4 years of analytics experience
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools
• Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and ability to present findings clearly
• Knowledge of data protection and governance principles
• Healthcare analytics experience preferred
• Knowledge of Singapore healthcare system is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data analysis projects and evaluations to deliver analytics solutions
• Support development of analytics frameworks and research methodologies
• Conduct statistical analyses to support decision-making
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into analytics solutions
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using advanced analytics tools
• Ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives
• Design and implement data pipelines and automated reporting solutions
