Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in analytics.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (R, Python, SQL, Tableau).
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex findings clearly.
• Strong understanding of data protection and governance principles.
• Experience in healthcare analytics preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore healthcare system is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data analysis projects and evaluations to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
• Support the development of analytics and evaluation frameworks and research methodologies.
