Job summary

Rajah & Tann Asia in Singapore seeks Associates with 2 to 4 years PQE to join our leading Employment practice. You will handle both non-contentious and contentious matters for local and regional clients, including hiring, immigration, documentation, and executive compensation.

You will draft contracts and policies, advise HR and senior management, participate in M&A and restructurings, and support investigations and regulatory matters in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified to practise law in Singapore with 2–4 years PQE.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Commercially astute with practical problem-solving.
• Ability to advise HR and senior management clearly.

Responsibilities

• Work on both non-contentious and contentious employment matters.
• Advise on hiring, immigration, contracts and HR policies.
• Draft employment documents and executive agreements.
• Assist on mobility, restructuring, and compliance matters.
• Represent clients in employment litigation and investigations.
