NAT AND NAT SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Legal Associate with 0–3 years PQE to join our established practice. You will gain exposure across a broad range of matters and collaborate with experienced solicitors to deliver practical client solutions.

You will draft pleadings, perform legal research, and assist with disputes and negotiations, with increasing ownership of matters as you gain experience. A supportive environment and reasonable hours support your development.

Qualifications

Qualified to practise law in Singapore.
Newly qualified to 3 years PQE.
Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Practical, proactive and keen to learn.
Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, submissions, legal opinions, agreements and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and advising on a variety of legal issues.
Supporting and managing disputes, negotiations and other client matters.
Attending court hearings, mediations, negotiations and client meetings where appropriate.
Working directly with clients and other stakeholders.
Taking increasing ownership of matters as your experience develops.
