Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking an experienced HR leader to supervise the Employee Administration and Payroll team. You will drive performance, manage onboarding, payroll, benefits, and job changes while ensuring a high-quality employee experience.

You will monitor service delivery, enforce compliance with local labour laws, and coordinate with People Function and Finance to optimize processes and control mechanisms. You will also handle escalations and mentor team members to sustain excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising HR administration and payroll teams.
• Proven ability to improve service delivery efficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management across People Function and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Employee Administration and Payroll team.
• Conduct team performance evaluations against standards.
• Oversee end-to-end HR service delivery including onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
• Monitor service quality and identify efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and policies.
• Provide prompt, accurate employee and manager support.
• Ensure DBS processes include control mechanisms (4-eye, data protection).
• Act as first point of contact for escalations.
• Manage third-party payroll and service vendors.
• Maintain relationships with People Function and Finance stakeholders.
• Monitor workload and allocate resources to maintain service levels.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, motivate and a lead the Team of Employee Administration and Payroll Specialists.
• Conduct team performance evaluations assessed against industry standards of speed and cost.
• Oversee end to end HR service delivery processing including onboarding, job changes, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration.
• Monitor the quality of the service delivery identifying areas for improvement and increased operational efficiency,
• Ensure compliance with the local labor law and corporate policies
• Ensure that service delivers a positive employee experience by providing prompt, accurate and helpful support to employees and managers.
• Ensure all HR Administration processes handled by DBS incorporate appropriate control mechanism, including 4-eye-check, data protection and compliance tasks.
• Act as first point of contact for escalations.
• Manage the third-party connections with payroll and other services providers.
• Manage the relationships with the main stakeholders among People Function and Finance.
• Monitor the workload and ensure the resources to provide Service Delivery on the expected level.
