Responsibilities

• Create engaging and impactful HC content for internal channels: intranet, internal social media and email broadcasts.
• Draft and edit articles, copywriting materials and training content, translating HC policies into clear messages.
• Develop communication materials to promote learning programmes, work-life initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, priorities and communication plans for initiatives and events.
• Initiate and drive work-life initiatives to enhance well-being and workplace engagement.
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities including town halls and corporate events.
