Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Communications and Content Specialist to craft engaging content for HC internal channels, including the intranet, social media, and email broadcasts, amplifying policies and strategies. Your copywriting will translate complex ideas into clear messages for internal and external audiences.

You will develop materials supporting learning-related and work-life initiatives, organise campaigns, and assist with events.

Responsibilities

Craft compelling and impactful content for internal employee communication channels (HC intranet, internal social media, email broadcasts) to amplify HC policies and strategies.
Copywriting, drafting articles or training content for internal and external purposes, communicating complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Create marketing and internal communication material to support learning-related/work-life initiatives across the organisation to engage the audience.
Organise and present campaign information, timing and priorities to ensure campaign/event success.
Support the team in administrative duties and event organisation, leveraging attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Be meticulous, assertive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Initiate and drive work-life initiatives for the organisation.
Support, facilitate and implement employee engagement initiatives such as Townhalls and brown-bag sessions.
