You will gain hands-on exposure to HR communications, campaigns, and events, with opportunities to own small projects and contribute creative ideas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience with content creation, social media or events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Draft and design internal communications: announcements, newsletters, posters, emails.
• Create content for internal channels and HR campaigns.
• Assist with communicating company initiatives, events and updates.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Develop simple visual materials using Canva or PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to turn information into clear communications.
• Maintain the internal communications calendar; ensure timely delivery.
• Support employer branding and culture initiatives as needed.
• Track engagement and suggest improvements for campaigns.
