Job summary

Recruit Haus Pte Ltd is seeking a Communications professional to lead internal and external messaging, manage media relations, and coordinate stakeholder engagement across corporate channels.

The role focuses on developing engaging content, drafting announcements, coordinating events, and working with external agencies to strengthen brand presence. A degree in communications and 3–5 years experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations or related functions.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience in internal communications, corporate messaging or media engagement.
• Confident in engaging stakeholders across different levels, including senior management.
• Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging internal communications content across digital platforms, employee applications and corporate channels.
• Draft corporate announcements, leadership messages, speeches and key communications materials.
• Translate business updates into clear, engaging messages for employees and stakeholders.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications campaigns.
• Manage media enquiries, prepare press releases and coordinate media interviews.
• Support media engagement and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Work with external agencies to develop social media content and enhance brand presence.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen corporate visibility and public engagement.
• Coordinate corporate events, campaigns and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on communications initiatives.
• Support communications during operational incidents and other time-sensitive situations.
