Job summary

Recruit Haus Pte Ltd is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to own internal and external messaging. You will craft engaging content across digital channels, draft leadership messages and manage media inquiries to protect and enhance the company's brand.

You will collaborate with senior management, coordinate stakeholder events, and partner with agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns that inform employees and the wider community.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations or related functions.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience in internal communications, corporate messaging or media engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging internal communications content across digital platforms, employee applications and corporate channels.
• Draft corporate announcements, leadership messages, speeches and key communications materials.
• Translate business and operational updates into clear, engaging messages for employees and stakeholders.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications campaigns.
• Manage media enquiries, prepare press releases and coordinate media interviews.
• Support media engagement and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Work with external agencies to develop social media content and enhance brand presence.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen corporate visibility and public engagement.
• Coordinate corporate events, campaigns and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on communications initiatives.
• Support communications during operational incidents and other time-sensitive situations.
