Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking a proactive professional to champion the business development work for Employee Benefits (EB) with agents. You will educate and equip channels to present and win EB cases, reporting to the Business Director of Agency New Business and collaborating across channels to grow EB business.

The role emphasizes pricing coordination with Actuarial, handling inquiries, and driving training to expand EB distribution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in employee benefits environment.
• Possess CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications.
• Bachelor in Business or related fields of study.

Responsibilities

• Work with Actuarial pricing team on Agency EBS quotes.
• Understand and analyze sales quotations to aid Agency close sales.
• Provide support to the overall new business sales process.
• Explain and Upsell new line of covers.
• Assist in conducting sales and product training to assigned channels.
• Handle enquiries from assigned channels.
• Assist in sales related projects that support EB distribution to increase upsell opportunities.
