Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore is seeking a role that champions business development with agents, educating them to present and win Employee Benefit cases. You will work closely with the Business Director of Agency New Business to grow the Employee Benefits business across channels.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years in an employee benefits environment, with CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications and a business or related degree.

• Strong stakeholder management skills in influencing and persuasion.
• Exhibit ability to deliver effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and negotiating skills.
• Dynamic individual who strives in fast moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with Actuarial pricing team on Agency EBS quotes.
• Understand and analyze sales quotations to aid Agency close sales.
• Provide support to the overall new business sales process.
• Explaining & Upselling new line of covers.
• Assist in conducting sales and product training to your assigned channels.
• Handle enquiries from your assigned channels.
• Assist in sales related projects that supports the EB distribution to increase upsell sales opportunities.
