Job summary

Prudential Plc is seeking a driven professional to champion business development for Employee Benefits. You will educate agents, collaborate with the pricing team on EBS quotes, and support the end-to-end sales process to win new business.

You will upsell new cover lines, conduct channel training, and handle inquiries, driving upsell opportunities across channels in a fast-paced environment. A CMFAS and a business degree are required, with at least 3 years in employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in employee benefits environment.
• CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications are required.
• Bachelor in Business or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Educate and equip agents with knowledge and skills to present and win Employee Benefit cases.
• Collaborate with Actuarial pricing team on Agency EBS quotes.
• Support the overall new business sales process.
• Explain and upsell new lines of covers.
• Conduct sales and product training to assigned channels.
