Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in front-desk operations or client service.
• Experience in education, healthcare, social services or confidential client-facing environments is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in clients, calls, emails and enquiries professionally and confidentially.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate same-day consultations with on-duty Care Managers.
• Provide accurate information on services and support channels.
• Maintain front-desk operations and protect client privacy and confidentiality.
• Support unit communications, finance, programme and outreach activities.
