Job summary

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, fresh graduates or with ≤2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to form effective partnerships and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to engage, rally, and mobilise stakeholders toward common goals.
• Agile mindset to seek continual improvements and leverage data for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to national projects that support retirement, housing and healthcare.
• Rotate across functions such as Policy, Schemes Delivery, and Agency Services.
