Standard Chartered Bank seeks an experienced IAM leader within the IC Identity & Access Management function to help secure the bank’s digital assets across global operations. You will be at the forefront of evolving identity risks and governance.

The Lead, IAM Emerging Identity Security role focuses on identifying risks from AI and autonomous systems, translating them into practical guardrails, patterns, and investment priorities to protect customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in identity and access management governance.
• Ability to translate technology risk into control patterns.
• Understanding of emerging AI identity risks.
• Ability to define guardrails and standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the emerging identity security strategy and roadmap for IAM Authorisation.
• Assess identity and access risk from AI, Agentic AI, machine actors, autonomous systems, digital assets.
• Translate emerging tech risk into practical Authorisation control patterns, standards and guardrails.
• Define reusable control expectations for emerging identity use cases.
• Maintain visibility of emerging identity security debt and capability gaps.
• Convert horizon signals into IAM requirements and investment priorities.
• Challenge unclear ownership and unmanaged access risk where needed.
