• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, platform architecture, data architecture, or distributed systems engineering.
• Proven track record in building enterprise-scale platforms used by multiple engineering teams.
• Expertise in governance, security, and regulatory compliance within large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the bank's long-term AI platform strategy and technology roadmap.
• Establish architecture standards, patterns, and reusable AI platform frameworks.
• Shape scalable, governed, and compliant AI ecosystems across business and technology teams.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic AI investments and architectural decisions.
• Lead reviews and governance forums for AI initiatives and platform delivery.
