Keywords Studios Limited is seeking an organised Associate Producer in Singapore to support the delivery of game-development projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain schedules, track deliverables, and identify risks under guidance of the Producer or Lead Producer.

This role suits someone with early production or project coordination experience aiming to grow in the video game industry, with rights for Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Support the Producer or Lead Producer in the planning, coordination and delivery of the assigned development project.
• Assist the team in delivering a high-quality product on time and within the agreed budget and scope.
• Help organise, execute and monitor project activities across one or more areas of development.
• Prepare, maintain and monitor development schedules, task boards, project documentation and production reports.
• Track progress against agreed milestones and follow up with team members on outstanding tasks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Facilitate and chair regular team or sub-team meetings, ensuring that actions and decisions are clearly documented and communicated.
• Maintain effective communication between development disciplines, project leadership, clients and other business stakeholders.
• Support the preparation, review and submission of milestone deliverables to clients and internal management.
• Identify production risks, blockers and resource constraints, and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Help remove impediments affecting the development team and support the resolution of cross-discipline dependencies.
• Work with team leads to establish clear priorities, goals and expectations.
• Help monitor team capacity, workload and productivity, highlighting potential issues before they affect delivery.
• Support the onboarding and integration of new team members.
• Contribute to retrospectives, project reviews and continuous improvements to production processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information within the relevant production and project-management tools.
• Promote open communication, collaboration and a positive working environment across the team.
