Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking an organised and proactive Associate Producer to support the delivery of high-quality game-development projects on time and within budget. Working closely with Producers, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain schedules, track deliverables, and identify risks impacting production.

This role suits someone with early production or project-coordination experience aiming to advance in the game industry.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, production, project management or team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support the Producer or Lead Producer in planning, coordination and delivery of the assigned development project.
• Assist the team in delivering a high-quality product on time and within the agreed budget and scope.
• Help organise, execute and monitor project activities across one or more areas of development.
• Prepare, maintain and monitor development schedules, task boards, project documentation and production reports.
• Track progress against milestones and follow up with team members on outstanding tasks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Facilitate and chair regular team or sub-team meetings, documenting actions and decisions clearly.
• Maintain effective communication between development disciplines, project leadership, clients and other stakeholders.
• Support the preparation, review and submission of milestone deliverables to clients and internal management.
• Identify production risks, blockers and resource constraints, and escalate to stakeholders.
• Help remove impediments and resolve cross-discipline dependencies.
• Work with team leads to establish priorities, goals and expectations.
• Monitor team capacity, workload and productivity, flagging issues early.
• Support onboarding and integration of new team members.
• Contribute to retrospectives and continuous improvements to production processes.
• Maintain accurate project information within production/tools.
