Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking an organised and proactive Associate Producer to support the delivery of game-development projects in Singapore. Working closely with the Producer or Lead Producer, you will coordinate multidisciplinary development teams, maintain project schedules, track deliverables, facilitate communication, and identify risks or dependencies that could affect production.

Only those with relevant working rights for Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia will be considered.

Qualifications

• Early production or project-coordination experience.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Eligible to work in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Support the Producer or Lead Producer in planning, coordination and delivery of the assigned development project.
• Assist the team in delivering a high-quality product on time and within the agreed budget and scope.
• Help organise, execute and monitor project activities across one or more areas of development.
• Prepare, maintain and monitor development schedules, task boards, project documentation and production reports.
• Track progress against agreed milestones and follow up with team members on outstanding tasks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Facilitate and chair regular team or sub-team meetings, ensuring that actions and decisions are clearly documented and communicated.
• Maintain effective communication between development disciplines, project leadership, clients and other business stakeholders.
• Support the preparation, review and submission of milestone deliverables to clients and internal management.
• Identify production risks, blockers and resource constraints, and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Help remove impediments affecting the development team and support the resolution of cross-discipline dependencies.
• Work with team leads to establish clear priorities, goals and expectations.
• Help monitor team capacity, workload and productivity, highlighting potential issues before they affect delivery.
• Support the onboarding and integration of new team members.
• Contribute to retrospectives, project reviews and continuous improvements to production processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information within the relevant production and project-management tools.
• Promote open communication, collaboration and a positive working environment across the team.
