Job summary

A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research seeks an Embodied AI Engineer to develop next-generation robotic intelligence integrating AI-driven perception and planning. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will support applied research and development in robotics for advanced manufacturing. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics or a related field, strong knowledge in robotics, programming skills in Python and/or C++, and hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2. The position is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in kinematics, dynamics, motion planning, and control.
• Interest in robot learning, imitation learning or reinforcement learning.
• Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing environments desired.

Responsibilities

• Support applied R&D in robotic manipulation for advanced manufacturing.
• Assist in conducting experiments to collect and analyze data.
• Contribute to developing ROS-based robotics solutions.
