You will handle insurance forms, maintain records, and coordinate with product and case management teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes for the HNW market. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years' experience in financial services, with strong MS Office skills and a track record of prioritizing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Experience in sales support, client servicing or insurance operations is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Performance-driven, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying potential business opportunities and achieving business objectives.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, training decks and other sales-related documents.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including completing insurance forms, maintaining records and logging meeting activities.
• Develop knowledge of insurance products, application processes and servicing requirements within the HNW market.
• Work closely with internal case management and product teams to support the end-to-end sales and application process.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure sales-related requests and documentation are followed up in a timely manner.
• Participate in internal and external training programmes to develop product, industry and technical knowledge.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and operational efficiency.
