Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Singapore seeks a Mechanical Hardware Engineer to lead multiple project teams of mechanical engineers and partners, guiding mechanical/thermal design and innovation across LaserJet products.

You will manage schedules, resources and costs, coordinate with OEMs, drive design for manufacturability and test plans, and travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Typically 6–10 years of experience.
• Experience with LaserJet mono/color printing technologies preferred.
• Strong CAD/CAM modeling and plastic/sheet metal design experience.
• Ability to balance feature robustness and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical hardware teams across multiple projects in Singapore.
• Design, qualification and coordination for SF and AiO products.
• Develop HP Mono/Color Laser SFP/MFP mechanical/electrical systems.
• Manage product lifecycle: architecture, requirements, schedules, releases.
• Investigate options and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with OEM partners to meet schedule, quality and cost.
• Lead engine and cartridge specification and qualification tests.
