Nav8 Pte Ltd is seeking an Electronic Components Product Manager to build strong, collaborative relationships with principals and drive growth of our product portfolio. You’ll work closely with suppliers, engineering and sales to understand strategies, manage lifecycle, analyze market trends, and deliver competitive solutions.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making to expand market share in Singapore.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related role.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsabilités

Build and maintain close, trusted relationships with principals.
Track performance against principal targets and requirements, and run regular business reviews to safeguard distribution rights.
Identify, qualify, and develop new principals to expand the component portfolio.
Escalate issues with principals promptly to protect supply continuity and mitigate supply risk.
Set the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
Research customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Turn business and customer requirements into clear product specifications.
Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to bring products to market.
Monitor product performance and use data and customer feedback to drive improvements.
Manage lifecycle activities, including product updates and end-of-life planning.
