Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electrical and electronic systems, circuit diagrams, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience in equipment testing, system integration, I/O testing, electromechanical assembly, or related manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of diagnosing technical issues systematically.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate across engineering and production teams.
• Willing and able to support night shift operations when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform product testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis during system integration and validation.
• Work closely with Process and Test Engineers to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues throughout the assembly and testing processes.
• Carry out electromechanical assembly, calibration, repair, and rework activities in accordance with engineering specifications and work instructions.
• Investigate and rectify assembly and testing issues to ensure products meet required quality and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate test records, build documentation, and tracking logs to support data analysis and continuous improvement.
• Provide feedback on recurring failures and operational challenges to support process and product improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
