Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a technically skilled technician to build, repair and test electrical and electro‑mechanical assemblies in a manufacturing setting.

You will work from schematics, wiring diagrams and work orders, performing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. You will use test fixtures and measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, testers), document progress, and ensure safety compliance while supporting process improvements and quality assurance in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Nitec/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in production testing, QA, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and test procedures.
• Familiar with test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, functional testers, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair and test electrical and electro‑mechanical assemblies using schematics and instructions.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair; identify and correct errors.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Test using fixtures and measurement equipment; log data and may program or install software.
• Inspect parts, ensure availability, and audit components for defects; improve processes.
