Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Upper Changi is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a 12-month contract (renewable/convertible) with training. Roles include assembling, testing, and repairing electrical and pneumatic components, following schematics and manuals.

The candidate will perform troubleshooting, measurements, and documentation, with potential involvement in software installs and system repairs as needed. Shift work offers allowances and transport support.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Nitec qualification.
Able to perform electro-mechanical assembly operations.
Troubleshooting, repair & maintenance and testing of pneumatic systems/ machines.
Working in clean room environment - may be exposed to high or small spaces, must be comfortable to squat for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Assemble, repair, and test electrical, electromechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components following standard work orders and schematics.
Troubleshoot and repair to detect, diagnose, and correct errors during the build process.
Use test fixtures, electronic measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to evaluate performance of assemblies.
Record progress, labor details, and work-related information using computer systems.
Receive and inspect parts, verify materials availability, and conduct audits to ensure readiness for assembly, testing, or repair.
May assist with computer programming, software installations, and system repairs as needed.
