Job summary

Manfield Employment Services Pte Ltd seeks a hands-on technician to perform product testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis during system integration and validation. You will collaborate with Process and Test Engineers to diagnose and resolve issues across the assembly and testing stages, then carry out electromechanical assembly, calibration, repair, and rework per specifications.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electrical and electronic systems, circuit diagrams, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience in equipment testing, system integration, I/O testing, electromechanical assembly, or related manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of diagnosing technical issues systematically.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate across engineering and production teams.
• Willing and able to support night shift operations when required.
