Job summary

AEM International is seeking an I/O Test Technician in Singapore to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and validate electromechanical equipment according to engineering specs. You will maintain records and support continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, ability to read wiring diagrams, and collaboration with engineering and production teams. Night shift support may be required.

Qualifications

• NITEC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and assembly instructions.
• Experience in equipment testing, system integration or a related manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, and validate electromechanical equipment.
• Collaborate with Process and Test Engineers to diagnose issues.
• Carry out electromechanical assembly, calibration, repair, and rework.
• Investigate issues to ensure quality and performance standards.
• Maintain test records, build documentation, and logs.
• Provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.
