Job summary

NatSteel Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a technically skilled maintenance professional in Singapore to troubleshoot, repair and maintain heavy industry equipment. You will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, install and commission machinery, and ensure strict safety adherence, including LOTO procedures.

The role requires reading electrical schematics, welding/gas cutting capabilities, and bilingual English/Chinese communication for daily reports with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or any engineering-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in heavy industries.
• Proficiency in welding and gas cutting.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of PLCs and electrical components.
• Exposure to installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance, including WSH regulations and LOTO procedures.
• Bilingual English and Chinese (written and spoken) for reporting and liaising.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and rostered schedules.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is essential for preparing accurate daily technical reports, translating equipment documents, and liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders

• Willingness and ability to work on rotating shifts and rostered schedules
