Job summary

Sunrise Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced electrical project engineer to lead tender preparation, cost estimation and on-site execution. You will manage planning, procurement, and coordination with clients and subcontractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong communication skills, thorough knowledge of LV/LV equipment, BMS/CCTV experience preferred, and the ability to handle project pressure while maintaining safety and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or instrumentation engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and project execution.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform under peak project pressure.
• Experience with LV switchgear, distribution boards, cabling, and lighting.
• Experience with ELV systems, BMS, and CCTV is preferred.
• M&E Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents and quotations and submit to client.
• Seek new opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Maintain quality standards, perform site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide project cost estimation and analysis reporting.

• Drive the workforce with a collaborative approach.
• Procure materials according to client specifications and on-time to site.
• Prepare project progress reports, client updates and progress meetings.
• Prepare risk assessments and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender documents & quotation and submission to client.
• Continually seek new opportunities and too increase customer satisfaction and well relationship with client.
• Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with Clients & Sub-contractor.
• Manage construction activities including planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of installation and construction works on site.
• Maintain good quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.
• Provide project estimation cost, analysis reporting for ongoing cost, manage allocation of costs.
• Execute projects with minimal supervision within budget & schedule
• Drive the work force with friendly relationship.
• Responsible for material procurement, subject to the client approved specification and on time requirement to site.
• Conduct project progress reports, client updates and drive internal and clients' progress meetings.
• Prepare risk assessment and method of statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering.
• Excellent engineering knowledge and project execution competence.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• The Person remain cool mind and able to handle the situation while the project ongoing peak and pressure.
• Experience and handled in all kind of electrical installation such as Low Voltage (LV)switchgear, distribution board, cable selection, electrical single line drawing, cable containment system, lighting fixtures, lux simulation.
• Experience and handled in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, Building Management System (BMS), Process & Instruments controls, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) and card access system is preferred.
• M&E Certification will be considered as added value.
