RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects and the maintenance of existing structures and facilities within healthcare settings.

You will supervise outsourced partners, drive preventive maintenance programs, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reliable operations. The role emphasizes building plans, improving system reliability, auditing performance, and managing contracts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience in contract management and procurement management

Responsabilités

• Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects
• Carry out maintenance of existing structures and project management of current and new facilities
• Supervise the preventive maintenance works carried out by outsourced service partners
• Implement programs for operations, maintenance and improvement of building facilities, equipment and infrastructure
• Develop work plans to improve reliability and integrity of systems
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide updates on integrated operations and Kaizen initiatives
• Analyze and develop maintenance contracts
• Develop plans and write reports with project updates
• Take on project manager roles across integrated operations areas
• Support audits, inspections and accreditation processes
