Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Lead for healthcare infrastructure to oversee design, construction, and commissioning phases in Singapore.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive readiness for day-one operations. Responsibilities include risk assessment, safety and licensing coordination, and ensuring patient, staff, and visitor movement safety within facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architectural, Civil & Structural/Electrical/Mechanical or related field
• Min 6 years of experience in Healthcare Industry with Fire Safety certification
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and track to gather project requirements, coordinating with relevant departments to meet timelines.
• Coordinate to ensure users' requirements are captured and approvals obtained during design to post-construction stages, including sign-off of milestone documents.
• Review architectural, engineering and infrastructure designs for regulatory compliance and operational needs.
• Guide the team in planning healthcare discussions across design, construction and post-construction with cross-coordination of facilities maintenance and upgrades.
• Represent design reviews, technical workshops and project discussions to safeguard hospital operations, safety and readiness.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks from design decisions, infrastructure constraints and project changes.
• Ensure infrastructure layouts support safe, efficient and resilient movement of patients, staff, visitors, supplies and waste.
• Review designs for compliance with Fire Code, WSH and other regulatory standards; advise on safety measures.
• Review and challenge consultant and contractor proposals to ensure solutions are compliant, practical and fit for purpose.
• Coordinate with government authorities for safety, compliance, licensing and readiness matters.
• Review infrastructure and operational plans to ensure resilience and emergency preparedness requirements are incorporated.
• Maintain documentation and provide assurance that regulatory, safety and readiness requirements are addressed for licensing and day-one operations.
• Develop and implement safety, compliance and readiness frameworks, policies and processes for commissioning and future operations.
• Work closely with project team members and administer the project in a structured and compliant manner.
