Job summary

Arup in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator (Electrical) to support delivery of complex M&E packages for major infrastructure and airfield projects, coordinating with SO/SOR and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design, contracts, schedules and quality compliance.

Requirements include an engineering degree and at least eight years’ experience in electrical project delivery, plus strong contract administration and stakeholder management. The role advances engineering excellence within Arup.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree approved by a professional body.
• Eight+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and project delivery.
• Proven contract administration experience (PSSCOC) and successful coordination of large projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of construction contracts for major infra and airfield projects.
• Coordinate design activities with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure delivery and handover.
• Review technical submissions to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Manage project planning activities including scheduling, budgeting, progress monitoring and claims.
• Prepare reports and documentation while maintaining ISO compliance.
