Job summary

mci career services pte. ltd. is seeking an Electrical Engineer with a strong background in ACMV to lead technical design and cost estimation for upcoming projects in Singapore.

The role involves providing engineering support across projects, ensuring tender designs meet all standards, and maintaining cost-competitive submissions for new opportunities. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of ACMV experience, site exposure, and the ability to produce drawings and models.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in ACMV.
• Site experience with testing and commissioning.
• Experience with infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Producing drawings and developing models.

Responsibilities

• In Charge of Technical Design & Cost Estimation for the Company’s Future Projects
• Provide Engineering support to all company’s projects on hand.
• Ensure all designs and tendering comply with tender specifications, standards, codes and practices
• Check tender submissions for cost competitiveness and effectiveness to secure new projects
• Optimize project opportunities through competition, price negotiations and contact with Consultants, Owners, Architects and Developers
• Ensure growth through competitor analysis and market studies, timely and competitive price submissions for tenders
• Manage Engineering Teams & Other Electrical Engineering Staff Members

Job description

Summary:

• Monday - Friday
• 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary range: $6000 - $7000
• Working Location: Tengah Area (company transport will be provided and pickup from nearest MRT station to site office.)
• 1 year renewable contract with bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• In Charge of Technical Design & Cost Estimation for the Company’s Future Projects
• Provide Engineering support to all company’s projects on hand.
• In ensure all the designs and the tendering are in compliance with tender specification requirement, standards and relevant codes and practices
• Check and ensure all the tendering submission are cost competitive and effective to secure the new projects for the company
• To optimise project opportunities through competition and demand analysis, price negotiations and maintain constant contact with Consultants, Building Owners, Architects and Developers .
• To ensure future growth through competitor analysis, market studies of the suppliers and establish timely, accurate and competitive price submission for the tendering and achieve the corporate’s future project plans.
• Manages Engineering Teams & Other Electrical Engineering Staff Members

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience/industry in ACMV
• Have site experience and testing & commissioning
• Having experience working with Infrastructure Projects would be an added advantage
• Productions of drawings and developing models
