Job summary

AVR ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineering technician to support mechanical and electrical systems through inspection, maintenance, and testing. You will document activities, manage spare parts, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities include fault analysis, preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with contractors, drawing diagrams, and reporting findings to improve designs and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Electronic and Communication Engineering/Chemical Engineering (or related)
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office and related software
• Proficient in AutoCad

Role and Responsibilities

• Document inspection and maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper housekeeping of spare parts, equipment and tools.
• Help to conduct fault analysis and testing of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Oversee the work of contractors outside the mechanical and electrical team to ensure safety requirements and operating standards are met.
• Perform corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Perform fault analysis and testing of mechanical and electrical systems.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
• Proficient in AutoCad.
