PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking an Electrical Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment across production and facility operations.
You will interpret wiring diagrams, perform functional testing and calibration, assist with Factory Acceptance Testing, and support senior engineers on system upgrades while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Electrical and electronic equipment diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and testing.
Identify problems with electrical, electronic, and electromechanical systems.
Electrical and electronic systems and components are assembled, wired, modified, and integrated.
Conduct equipment functional testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
Examine and decipher technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
Create inspection records, repair documentation, and service reports.
When necessary, assist with site operations, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and equipment commissioning.
Maintain test apparatus, instruments, and workshop tools.
Verify that all work conforms to the company's technical, safety, and quality standards.
Help senior engineers with technical projects, product enhancements, and system upgrades.
When necessary, offer technical assistance to customers and internal departments.
A diploma in mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a similar engineering field is preferred.
Three to four years of practical experience troubleshooting, servicing, or repairing electrical and electronic systems.
New diploma holders with outstanding real-world experience might also be taken into consideration.
Capable of using standard electrical and electronic testing tools, including insulation testers, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
Strong knowledge of electronic components, electrical circuits, and fault diagnosis methods.
Capable of reading wiring and electrical schematics.
