Job summary

JTech Automation Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on engineer to liaise with designers and programmers, plan for FAT/SAT, and ensure on-time delivery of automated systems. The role includes mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, site support, and strict safety compliance.

Occasional overseas travel may be required to support projects. You will coordinate with purchasers, review drawings, and ensure projects are delivered to specification while maintaining workshop discipline and

Responsibilities

• Liaising with designer and programmer to understand full system concept, BOM & drawings
• Liaising with purchaser on part scheduling and ensure on time delivery
• Responsible for system mechanical parts assembly, electrical wiring & set-up based on drawings, BOM & Schematics.
• Perform In-House inventory Check list
• Understand and study customer system requirements and plan for FAT & SAT
• Responsible to ensure project on schedule and on-time delivery
• Responsible for automation system troubleshooting & debug
• Able to accommodate to site assignment or job for system troubleshoot & repair whenever required (It could be local or oversea)
• Produce quality works and ensure machines match the required expectations.
• Take quick actions for issues or problem encountered
• Ensure all safety regulation & practices are fully compliance at all time
• Be a team player and Responsible the task given. (Traveling may be required occasionally for overseas projects)
• Follow instruction & assignment given by superior
• Maintain the cleanliness of workshop / Tool and equipment
• Able to accommodate to new assignment to any new job designation within the company when it is viable by the management
• Any other task as assigned
