Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is recruiting a maintenance technician for Boon Lay, Singapore. The role focuses on preventive and corrective actions on plant equipment, keeping detailed logs, and updating checklists to ensure smooth operations.

You will identify root causes to minimize downtime, troubleshoot and service pumps and motors, and install or inspect new equipment to ensure reliable operation. A Nitec qualification or equivalent hands-on experience is required.

Qualifications

• Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Preventive, inspective and do corrective action on all equipment in plant.
• Update checklist history card.
• Recording Jobs on log book day to day activities.
• Identify problem by minimizing the breakdown and downtime of equipment.
• Troubleshoot, overhaul and service different types of pump and motors.
• Installation of new equipment and inspection for reliable operation.

• Established Water Treatment industry
• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Working Days: 5.5D work week / Shift work
