Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd is seeking an Engineering Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of electrical, instrumentation, production and utility systems in a manufacturing environment.

You will perform routine, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot faults, calibrate instruments, read electrical drawings, and ensure safety, quality and GMP compliance. The role may require rotating shifts; transport provided and a completion bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• GCE, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or equivalent
• Hands-on electrician or electrical maintenance experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical, food, petrochemical, wafer fabrication, semiconductor or manufacturing environments is advantageous
• Electrical licence or relevant electrical certification is advantageous
• Welding certification or hands-on welding experience is an added advantage
• Willing to work rotating shifts where required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors during maintenance works
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance, repairs and equipment performance
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and GMP procedures
• Maintain good housekeeping within the work area
