Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment in Boon Lay, Singapore. You will update checklists, log daily activities and strive to minimize downtime through proactive problem-solving.

The role requires hands-on mechanical/electrical skills, with opportunities for growth and exposure to diverse pumping systems in a water treatment context.

Qualifications

• Hands-on skills are required.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, inspection and corrective actions on all plant equipment.
• Update checklist history card.
• Record daily activities in the log book.
• Identify problems to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
• Troubleshoot, overhaul and service different types of pumps and motors.
• Install new equipment and inspect for reliable operation.

• Salary Package: Basic up to $2700 + Transport allowances + OT + AWS + VB
• Established Water Treatment industry
• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Working Days: 5.5D work week / Shift work

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Preventive, inspective and do corrective action on all equipment in plant
• Update checklist history card
• Recording Jobs on log book day to day activities
• Identify problem by minimize the break down and down time of equipment
• Troubleshoot, overhaul and service different types of pump and motors
• Installation of new equipment and inspection for reliable operation
