Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED seeks a capable engineer for on-site execution of contracts and installation progress. You will liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and monitor project progress for PM review.

Supervision ensures works meet contract drawings and specifications. Responsibilities include preparing method statements, shop drawings, T&C sheets, progress reports and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction industry.
• Experience in working at Data Center or in DFMA.
• Familiar with VAV / VRV / cooling tower / Chillers / chilled water pipe / A&A works.
• Familiar with retrofit / renovation / lighting control / BMS.
